Brave New World

Book cover design

Brave New World’s main theme is the incompatibility of happiness and truth. Throughout the novel, John has argued that it’s better to seek truth, even if it involves suffering, than to accept an easy life of pleasure and happiness.

Concept

Brave New World was written between World War I and World War II, the height of an era of technological optimism in the West. Huxley picked up on such optimism and created the dystopian world of his novel so as to criticize it.

The flamingo reminds us that even if we are not born with certain natural abilities, privilege, or other assets, with imagination and dedication, we can create grace and elegance in our lives.

Warbler bird can signify a zeal and endurance towards living your best life.
